Bringing a Framework for Human Potential to Life
I worked with the BrainPrints team to translate a framework for intrinsic motivation and human potential into a clearer visual identity, presentation system, and tools people could understand and use.
The Situation
BrainPrints explored how differences in intrinsic motivation can influence the way people think, contribute, respond, and work with others. The opportunity was to take a concept with significant depth and make it easier for people to understand without oversimplifying it.
What I Did
I helped translate the framework into a more accessible visual and communication system, developing concepts, presentations, profile imagery, and supporting materials designed to make the underlying ideas easier to see and discuss.
A major part of the challenge was giving the framework enough visual structure to feel coherent while preserving the individuality of the different profiles it represented.
Selected Work
- Visual identity and framework concepts
- Presentation system
- Profile and persona visual development
- Featured imagery
- Supporting graphics and diagrams
- Communication tools for explaining intrinsic motivation
What Changed
The work helped turn an abstract framework into a more tangible visual experience that could be presented, discussed, and understood more easily by the people encountering it.
